ABOUT THE PERSON

Virginia Monig studied law at the University of Cologne. After completing her first state examination in law, she worked as a research assistant in an international commercial law firm, where she expanded her knowledge of corporate law.

 

Virginia Monig then completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne. She spent both her legal traineeship and her elective traineeship at LLR and deepened her knowledge in the field of property law. She initially focussed on drafting contracts in the area of commercial and residential tenancy law.

 

Since successfully passing her second state examination in summer 2022, Virginia Monig has been working as a lawyer at LLR in the field of real estate law. She advises on all property-related legal issues and contract drafting. Her work covers in particular the areas of private construction and architectural law, commercial tenancy and leasehold law, residential tenancy law and estate agent law.

 

When Virginia Monig is not working, she is out and about in nature, exploring new places with friends or dancing Zumba.
