ABOUT THE PERSON

Martin Götte studied law at the University of Bonn and the University of Lausanne and completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. Between 2018 and 2020, Martin Götte completed a part-time degree at the European Business School Oestrich-Winkel with the additional qualification “Real Estate Economist (EBS)”. He had already worked for two years in real estate and construction law at a major German commercial law firm in Essen before moving to LLR in Cologne in 2016.

 

Martin Götte advises clients on all aspects of property in all core and peripheral areas of real estate law. In particular, he provides legal support in the development and realisation of real estate projects. He specialises in the following areas

 

Real estate transactions (contract drafting and legal due diligence),strategic legal advice during construction, in particular the enforcement and defence of claims, including the drafting of contracts for clients, contractors and architects, and Commercial tenancy and leasehold law.
